Janey McClain

Director of Programming

Janey McClain joined The LEE Initiative in 2021 as Program Manager, and became Director of Programs in 2022. Janey is responsible for overall program management, and for the successful execution of programmatic activities and events. She maintains communications between the organization and program participants, partners and vendors, and coordinates externships, events, and continuing education experiences for women chefs and spirits professionals taking part in The LEE Initiative’s mentorship program. Janey also ensures that all payments, reimbursements and other program costs are paid and accurately recorded.
